Review: My experience with company started out with a phone call to the business, an appointment was set about 2 weeks out. The day of the appointment the man called saying was running about 15 min. late. He arrived close to the time he said. I attempted to ask some questions, he said most of my questions would be answered after he cleaned, inspected and installed the cap (this was discussed during the initial ) phone call. I found the man to be short and acted as if he was irritated by my questions. When it was time to go over his inspection that was crazy because some of the items he said needed repairs I could not wrap my head around it because he would start using these ridiculous analogies to explain his point. I would not recommend this nut. Also he did not clean out the ash box outside the house, he said nobody does. I paid him for cleaning and the inspection which was165. The rest of the repair he suggested would have been an additional $900. and if I wanted any service done separately-it would be higher because the quote is a package deal price 🤔
